All orders require up to 3 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing times vary depending on the item — your order may ship the same day it’s placed, or it may take the full 3 business days.

We no longer offer express shipping for regular items due to carrier delays and inconsistent delivery times.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days, not including processing time.

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and may vary slightly depending on the carrier, customs, or seasonal volume.

Shoes (Made-to-Order Items)

Our shoes are made to order, plain and simple. Once your order is placed, our vendor immediately begins production.

    •    Processing time: Up to 6 business days before shipment

    •    Standard shipping: 5–8 business days after processing

    •    Express shipping: Available for shoes only. Delivery takes 4–5 business days after the 6-day processing period.

    •    Cancellations: Not allowed once a shoe order has been placed. Once your order is submitted, it goes directly into production and cannot be changed or stopped.

    •    Peak seasons: During holidays or high-volume periods, please allow additional time for processing and delivery.

Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple vendors, your order may arrive in separate packages.

It’s completely normal to receive one item before another — some products simply ship faster than others.

If you don’t see your tracking email:
