SHIPPING POLICY

📦 Velvet Allure Gallery Shipping Policy

 

At Velvet Allure Gallery, we’re committed to making sure your order reaches you as smoothly as possible. Please review our updated shipping policy below:

 

⏳ Processing Times

    •    All orders require 3 business days for processing before shipping.

    •    We now process and ship orders on weekends.

    •    Note: While orders will still be processed and shipped on weekends, our customer service team is unavailable during this time. If you contact us, we’ll respond the following Monday.

 

🚚 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

    •    Standard Shipping: 4–6 business days (not including processing time).

    •    Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (not including processing time).

    •    Please note: Not all items qualify for Express Shipping.

    •    Made-to-order items (such as certain shoes or custom pieces) still require the standard production time before express shipping applies.

    •    Some items may ship directly from our vendors and will arrive within the above timeframes.

 

📦 Partial Shipments

    •    If your order includes multiple items and some are delayed or on backorder, you may receive your items in separate shipments.

    •    Once your order ships, tracking info will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received it.

 

🏠 Address Accuracy

    •    Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

    •    We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

📌 Once Your Order Ships

    •    Once your order leaves our facility and is with the carrier, we are no longer responsible for your package.

    •    For the most up-to-date tracking details, please use the tracking link emailed to you and contact the carrier directly.

 

❌ Lost or Stolen Packages

    •    If your package is lost or stolen, you must contact the carrier and request a Lost/Stolen Package Letter (they provide this upon request and will email it to you).

    •    Once you provide us with this documentation, we will gladly issue a refund or replacement for your item.
