At Velvet Allure Gallery, we value every customer and strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy below before placing your order.

Refunds

 

 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on final sale items, discounted items, or accessories. Due to the nature of our products and our processing system, once your order is placed it cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

The only exception is if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. In that case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll gladly assist you.

Returns

 

 

We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective. To request a return:

 

  1. Email us at velvetalluregallery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

  2. Include your order number, the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item.

  3. Once approved, we will send return instructions. The item must be shipped back within 5 days of return approval.

  4. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags for return to be accepted.

Exchanges

 

 

Exchanges are only allowed for damaged or incorrect items. We do not allow exchanges for sizing, color, or change-of-mind purchases at this time.

Important Notes

 

 

  • Items sent back without approval will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Items returned after the 7-day window will not be accepted.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable).

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
